Nine campuses. One application.

The Apply IU application makes it possible to easily apply to any (or all!) of IU’s campuses. You’ll apply to one campus at a time, but you can resubmit the same application to each campus. If you apply to multiple campuses that have an application fee, you’ll pay just one fee. (Note: Applicants outside the U.S. will pay a fee for each application submitted.)

Common questions

I want to apply to one IU campus. Is this the right place to start?

Yes, you’re in the right place! The application process for every campus starts with the Apply IU application. You can also access the Apply IU application from the Admissions section of any campus website.

Q: I want to apply to more than one IU campus. Can I use the same information for each application?

Yes! If you’re a U.S. applicant, our Apply IU application lets you complete your application and then resubmit the same application to additional campuses. You’ll also pay only one application fee, if required, based on the campuses you apply to.

    A few weeks after you apply, you’ll receive your university ID number to create an IU computing account.

Campus safety and security reports

Indiana University’s annual security reports, which contain policy statements as well as crime and fire statistics for Indiana University campuses, are available online. You may also request a physical copy by emailing IU Public Safety at iups@iu.edu.
